What will you do as an Inside Sales Representative?
In this role, you are the primary point of contact for our customers. You work closely with our sales and service team and ensure that customer satisfaction is always a top priority. Your tasks are diverse and include:

  • Preparing and following up on quotes and orders.
  • Maintaining customer contact via telephone and in writing, and advising on our products and services.
  • Supporting the outside sales team in their commercial processes.
  • Proactively contributing ideas and identifying opportunities to improve our services.
  • Collaborating with other departments for an optimal customer experience.

What do we expect from you?

  • Higher professional education (MBO+/HBO) level of thinking and working with a commercial background.
  • Experience in a similar position is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive attitude and a true team player.
  • You work accurately and are solution-oriented.
  • Affinity with sustainable mobility is a plus!
